I know MLS listings aren't guaranteed accurate, but getting the acreage, city and zip code wrong is hard to swallow as an honest mistake.We have a financing contingency, so if it doesn't appraise for the contract amount due to the lower acreage and different city/zip, we can renegotiate purchase price.

And dont know about Ken.. but his partner for sure was very versed in sub to.. the information was accurate as we both kind of played in the northwest sandbox . and before sub to foreclosure rescues / rent backs became illegal in about 08 I personally did a few hundred of them.

All the while, I'm sure they were assuring their investors that everything was going good (as they all do) but as I and others have noted, we give our recommendation to this company because their assurances that everything is going well.. is in fact accurate with this operator.Again, not sure if your beef is with BAM or syndication deals in general, but as I can see from this thread, you've been invited to reach out to investors that have invested with BAM and discuss... and you haven't so, @Marie B. take note of that and realize that some people are just haters.

I tend to believe that could be a reasonable stat for the experienced investors, however, I don't know where you even get enough accurate data to formulate anything.

But if you were not a real estate professional and you have a W-2 income and a dividend and interest income, you would be taxed 37% on the combine of both the W-2 income and the dividend and interest income ($600K).It's still good to get accurate information from more experience professional to get more points of views and figure out what you can do in your situation.I hope you can find this very helpful in making your investing decisions.
