i hear hostaway works good. i just manage my own on 2 OTA platforms. pretty much all is streamlined on there. just have to keep up responsiveness and price optimization. but you could always hire out to a co-host if that would be worth your time.

I have done that in the past and it has worked out well for me.I think to find a co-host, you should put it out there on BP or look for the active hosts in your area that are killing it & ask them if they would be interested in co-hosting for you.

It sounded likely that a co-primary structure on the same lot would end up in front of the BMZA (Baltimore Municipal and Zoning Appeals) and many of the same standards for a primary residence in that zoning classification would still apply to the co-primary structure, unless BMZA waived it.
