@Megan Mason recommend you watch some of the videos from @James Wise youtube channel on S8 evictions.We've been dealing with S8 tenants for over 20 years and they are NOT a cure-all for rent collection challenges.Since rents in Class A & B areas exceed S8 limits, most of your S8 rentals are going to be in Class C/D areas. 

Scott does a good overview of the system on his YouTube page.

However, if you overthink it or waste too much time listening to YouTube gurus, the options and details become overwhelming.1.

But my YouTuber guru told me he wouldn’t take me seriously and let me buy more of his courses until I set up 12 LLC’s with his affiliate LLC creation company for $3k each!

@Scott M.I  have been watching youtube about investing in Note since I found out PPM about 2 weeks ago.

People see these 26-year-old YouTubers pretending to be rich and living their greatest life, and they think it's possible to become wealthy by just wanting it bad enough.

As such they had a YouTube podcast/video with a women named Tanisha from Tardus.

I also enjoy their YouTube content—super informative about how to use self-directed IRAs for real estate investing.
