With pictures to prove it.These are what the the Property Management company is charging:Carpet and tile cleaning $155 (specified in the lease - not disputing)Cleaning $96 Touch up painted interior walls and Trim $135Replaced burned out regular and vanity type bulbs $19Cleared clog from front bath sink $25Replaced bad stove top burner pans $27Replaced bad outlet plate $4I believe that they should not be able to charge a separate cleaning fee (#1 because we cleaned it and it was rent ready, #2 they already charged a $155 carpet and tile cleaning fee).

Willny Guifarro Question about Fifth Ward, Houston Market
4 February 2016 | 10 replies
Clearly my expenses for the wooden siding maintenance will be higher than brick as will need to repaint and touch up every 5 years or less, and the service for the window units will likely be less (especially since my lease states the tenants are responsible for them along with appliance repairs under $150 for that rental) along with them being cheap to replace and fairly serviceable. You have to look at each component of a given property and estimate the maintenance for it based on what you know, what you have seen as best practice here, ways you can minimize or avoid the expense, and based on quotes that you get from contractors as part of your diligence period.

Aleko Petkov Is it worth reglazing a kitchen sink?
25 May 2016 | 1 reply
I'd fix a leaky pipe, replace a broken fridge and invest in maintenance of a heating/cooling system - a chipped sink, not so much.Depending on the importance of repairing the sink and the cost of reglazing, taking into account whether or not you'll be replacing the whole counter in the forseeable future, I'd either get it reglazed (do it again if it wears out incredibly in five years) or buy a do-it-yourself kit and touch up the chips, scratches, or whatever is bothering you.
