I have yet to go over there since the old woman died but I plan on going today after work. 

I paid it, but i was pissed as most of the dogs played out back off leash. a couple months later i warned a woman of the leash law, and said you are probably safe as the person that complained was only targeting me. 2 days later one of my neighbors marched across the street saying (my wife said you were charged the HOA and fined for pet fee.

This woman ain't gonna pay and has no children.

But the gas and water need to stay in our name as landlords (per the water and gas companies), and we will bill those amounts back to the tenants.We have 1 single man who has 1 child who will live with him 1/2 time in the upper level, and we have 1 single woman who has 3 children who will live with her 1/2 time in the lower level.

The woman living there is the original owner and advanced in years.

@Chandirasekarendiran AnandanYeah, I know this is not always true, but if I see one partner not being on board with house-hacking, it's usually the woman, for obvious safety reasons.What do you think about a home with a basement that has a separate entrance?

My husband commented on a post ( congratulations) to someone who did their first wholesale deal ( or something along those lines) anyway this woman reached out and started telling him all of this information about this company she used and they were for lack of a better word a one stop shop. seemed too good to be true of course but as newbies, we were curious and set up a zoom meeting to see what they were all about.           

@Nicholas Aiola, I feel like I'm watching Wonder Woman taking machine gun fire off her forearms. 

We bought a home for $120k with the contingency that the woman who lived there could stay (divorce, but the husband wanted the kids to stay in their home/school).
