Their pricing isn't all that great but the service is good and they will wrap an umbrella liability policy around all of your personal items as well as up to 10 properties. 

I currently have a $2 million umbrella policy and would like to get a policy that will cover me in the $3 million to $6 million range.

If you need liability coverage only, you can get a personal umbrella insurance policy from most carriers, likely your current property insurance company would be the one I'd start with.~ Lindsey

I realize umbrella wouldn't cover property damage.  

However, I also carry a few umbrellas to cover each group.

It's a like-kind exchange so you can technically go from SFR to multi family or commercial since it's under a real estate umbrella.

I fall into the camp of getting lots of umbrella insurance, being a responsible landlord and knowing your landlord-tenant laws.

@Eric George Also contact your Insurance Agent before buying regarding costs & liability (As in an Umbrella Policy) or you may decide to title as an llc.
