I thought about that , and I see people doing it here and there ,here is what i see , they have a proven system , experience to help and advice , hard money for short term financing and long term financing ,if needed ,for a royalty fee at time of sale ....

Paying desk/royalties didn't make sense to me in today's day and age. 

The book royalties are considered SE unless he wrote for his own entity and transferred the rights I'm sure there are variables we aren't aware of.

You'll pay a commission split up to a cap and with some brokerages, desk/royalty fees.  

This is somewhat counter-intuitive to my thinking, as the stereotype in our society is the well-to-do guy that considers himself royalty and makes unreasonable demands. 

That can make a difference between a new location thriving with franchisee paying royalty fees on time and a struggling operator where the store gets mismanaged and undercapitalized and shuts down where corporate franchisor has to take over to find a suitable franchisee.2.

So are you going to sue the guy who made it $7 million or give him royalties on your increased sales?

I'll author it and charge very, very, unbelievably reasonable royalty fees.
