Our state isn't requiring you to look for work, but they have huge numbers of jobs open right now, including for nurses.That said, I have a nurse who rents from me and she was partially laid off - her unit doesn't deal with covid, but elective side it sounds like and they have been sidelined (not fired or full lay off); another has normal hours, but is encouraged to self-isolate during all off hours, not go out for groceries, etc.
