Hello there @Kevin Zmick - I was just in a similar situation so you aren't alone...it is much harder to rent out units during this time, but the right will come. 

Just in the last 2 years, PadSplit has doubled the amount of units on the platform thanks to hosts like you. 

I've not done business with his fund directly, but Jorge has a good rep and, from what I've witnessed, he does it right.

Where these numbers are found, there is a very high rate of rent actually being paid.We have over a dozen Fortune 500 companies just in Metro Detroit with huge Healthcare, Auto, and mortgage industry National footprints.

If rates drop in the future, refinancing again could lower your payment, but it’s good to make sure the numbers work now just in case.

Have the agent video everything, just in case tenant is there and causes a scene or refuses access.You will either get the work done or have a video supporting your eviction.
