I still get junk leads but that is to be expected on just about every online lead platform.

His work products and many others can be found with simple google searches for free online.

I offer an online payment portal to submit rent payments via ACH or CC - they "couldn't figure out how to use it" so I set us up to accept Zelle payments.

I started reading online about normal wholesaling (not virtual).

Are you currently working on lining up funding or looking at potential properties yet? 

I picked her exactly because she had a good social and online footprint!!

I know this is a differing topic on the forums, and online in general, but having the legal background/education and knowing estate planning concepts you'll realize it shouldn't be.  

They claim to market on dozens of online channels, and they seem to know the right amenities to feature, have great design, services, experiences etc.
