I ran my calculator to get a quick "what if" on a 30yr picture.

I wanted to cover my why and what first to give a good picture of where I'm at current state, with a background and what I'm looking for below.My why: I recently got married and moved from San Diego to Scottsdale this year.

They find inspection pictures from April showing my capped line from the New Contractor but they are not totally sure. 

The lighting is a little dark in the picture but this will be a lovely/bright kitchen and living room for our next resident.

It does look like our instructor (I couldn't clearly make it out b/c I can't find an enhanced picture anywhere). 

I don't think the sellers agent does much. maybe take pictures and "review" the contract... the buyers agent is the one that shows the property and the one that draft the contract.
