Thick paint covers in one coat and doesn't drip and make a mess. I

Not getting proper permits and following the rules doesn’t benefit anyone, it just makes it messy and can be confrontational.  

That said, I see a lot of potential for things to go wrong and get messy here.

Tax sales are MESSY.

They were messy, dramatic and took an immense amount of work.

I just find that messy..
