We hear about new horror stories regular on BP and it is about time someone turns the shoe on these jokers.

So I received my weekly mail this morning through that convenient slot in my door and curiosity made me go pick up that envelope and in that formal letterhead I saw the utilities' company's name in bold letters.  

As for these jokers you're dealing with, I agree probably professional renters.

Pick a time slot once a week. 

Make sure the screw driver fits entirely across the screw head slot that you've cut.Good Luck!

There are also legal issues getting involved with foreclosures, it is not something for newbies to get involved with regardless of what the clowns and jokers suggest.Back out with your co-worker, making excuses that you can't do the deal.

It's easier to batch the calls than convince yourself to make one call each day, so dedicate a time slot to get it all done with real conversation rather than becoming just another applicant. 

My advice, is in the beginning purchase in your personal name as you will get the best financing terms and once you get close to running out of slots, then buying in the name of an LLC can help continue your growth and by then you have a good track record as well.Happy hunting,Eric
