Shane Benner I don’t really want to name names but I will tell you I use two different PMs, in two different markets and what they do better than most others (by the norm I’m guessing) is they communicate well (sometimes I hear back in under an hour) and they have transparency.

We're comfortable we've come up with a workable solution that fits these limits if we can just cut through some of the red tape and compete the project in under 12 months.I'm told the certification alone can take 6 months to a year.
