Only the sale price typically shows up on any public interfaces to the MLS, but agents can see and probably search for these fields.

Glad you kept the main menu nice and simple where as the banks I used switched to fancy graphical interfaces with constant glitches causing me headaches. 

Maybe it's because of what I'm used to, but I never liked VRBOs interface.

As an owner of several multi-family that leverages property management companies, I really like interfacing with Appfolio from the client (owner) side. 

Both are very useful tools I just happen to like the interface with Batch systems better. 

The user interface is easy to navigate and it also has the ability to add others to each property (such as managers, co-owners, etc).  

Giving feedback is required though, on user interface, design, functions, etc.

The newer interface of Reddit allows you to actually create a profile so that is a thing to use as promotion, maybe a username that is obvious as to what you do so people curious can click to your profile etc.
