Nowadays many vacation homes are priced as STR businesses with profits baked into the price (with future guests expecting instagram furnishings).  

For example, you could showcase the family-friendly amenities, outdoor spaces, and stylish interiors all at once, similar to the one shared here (this is a listing photo, so I would recommend you change the text to fit your guests).

There is a 1 bed efficiency guest house on the same lot that we have just listed as an STR.

Outside of that, we use it to update our listing descriptions periodically, as well as responding to guest questions.Hope that helps.MIke

My belief is that Praxis is the gold-standard.

They're not huge revenue drivers but guests appreciate them during rainy days or quiet evenings.

After inquiring several times if a tax preparer has been assigned, on April 12th I was notified someone was assigned.I was then told an extension will be filed.I asked the tax preparer several times after he was assigned for a status update.
