They have several solid communities in this fund but the losers are dragging the whole fund down.Acknowledging with empathy the fresh wounds you are experiencing here, I'll present a devil's advocate position on funds:  This is a feature, not a bug.  

Buyers appreciate a fresh, updated bathroom, and it’s a relatively cost-effective way to add value to the property.
