Luckily I was able to get it discharged yesterday.A friend of mine called me with the same problem with an old Champion mortgage (now defunct) lien that's holding up his closing.

I'm not sure what they charge for someone independent as it is included along with a marketing program and a contact managing program through my brokerage, Keller Williams.I took a look at the Yardi website and that looks way out of my league.

If so you'll need a real estate MBA, preferably from an Ivy League school and it will cost $200,000 or more to become an employee at a company that expects you to work 60 hours a week (or more) on their deals and not yours.

And I'm not sure if he wants to continue cleaning...It's not really a STR market...up in Buffalo, NY which is why I never considered it, but the PM said there was strong demand in the summer because of Niagara Falls and in the winter, with youth hockey leagues, the Bills, etc.
