I don't know why the spikes there.

I don't feel great about the underlying economy supporting the current stock market spike.

They are more subtle than the generalized macro US market chart I posted, where they are more like spikes.

If you're dealing with low income tenants anyway, a spike in monthly rent in the winter time might not work so well.

During times of turn over, within my rentals, it will spike but I probably spend 4 hours a week managing my 16 units. 

If you look back above at the May 2016 data when I first said this, you don't see any upward spike.

For comparison's sake, what was your usage a month or two before this spike?

Meanwhile, you will pay a very high price eroding whatever profit you expected or worse...going into negative losses as ongoing delays caused by Sherman Bridge Lending force you to pay spiked interest rates for an extended period of time leaving you at their mercy as they control your refi by threatening high fees as a penalty for seeking refi elsewhere.
