I liked going to Las Vegas, but normally stayed on the strip and the casinos.

Casino's have shut the buffets closed most of the shows. cancelled NHL games on and on.. so curious what you would do for a great tenant in a tough spot ?

They have also been approved for a new casino in the area so this area will definitely help increase the rent with the amount of jobs and tourism it will bring to the area. 

Our governor just shut all non essential businesses which includes casinos and restaurants etc....for thirty days.

All casinos and bars are shut down, and no sit down at restaurants.

I visit a few times and all I see are beggars close to the casino

All Las Vegas MGM casinos and hotels to temporarily close Tuesday. 

I know I saw a duplex around three years ago on West 8th that needed some updates/work that was east of Powell (near West Erie Plaza a bit east of the Little Caesar's) that went for around 80K and I kicked myself for not looking at it for properties west of I-79 are typically MUCH EASIER to rent (to good tenants) than east of I-79.
