As a junior, I played in a high school playoff basketball game there versus Immanuel Christian School, if you’ve ever heard of it lol! 

If you're short and overweight, you won't be a professional basketball player, but you might be a professional bowler.  

- Possibly take my father out to eat- Watch a movie or two with kids- Let go of real estate brokers / individuals who wasting my time - Stop by and assist my mother in her yard- Hit the gym for at least 35 minutes- Watch basketball game later tonight- Think of ways to enhance myselfRegardless have a nice father day to all who is celebrating

I played basketball and football locally at Berkmar High School in Gwinnett county, Georgia.

A guy hitting a 3/4 shot in basketball who couldn’t hit a standard three point shot is luck.

If I was investing in Fayetteville, I do think it would make much more sense to look at "the dirt" as there's been development there, gentrification, etc.And all of that is going on while the football program is in a reboot and the Hogs basketball team losing to LSU :-/

If there is no grass but cars in the yard, deflated basket balls and bowling pins on the roofs, fire pits surrounded with worn out sofas in the front yard, ETC.Do ya get the picture?

So, my feedback is do a hybrid of things....flip, hard money lend, be a LP in a syndication deal, travel, play tons of basketball/exercise, work jobs that interest you, and have periods of rest.

If you want to be the best basketball player in the world are you going to listen to Michael Jordan and Lebron or are you going to listen to that guy from high school who sat the bench?  

Just as in basketball, hockey, or football, even the greatest property investment players can only reach their true potential with a good team around them.
