It does a lot right now but I hope to make it do even more in the future, so an investor community like BiggerPockets is a great place where I hope to learn more about short sales, keep up on news, and try to find out what the users of the software are really going to want for future iterations.

Perhaps we can aim for the first iterative cycle and worry about the subsequent ones later.

You may know exactly what you want within your head but to flush this idea out, multiple iterations is commonplace.
