The longer the maturity rate of the bond, the higher the yield is to compensate an investor for the additional risk they are taking on with a longer dated bond.Stocks that pay divideneds....insurance companies have a lower yield than telecom stocks as a reflection that telecoms are higher risk than insurance companies.In the efficient market hypothesis, if markets are efficient then the yields should be reflective of the risk.

@Andrew C.I have the same questions about it as well.. for example, you now have say 5 leases that likely are all for different date ranges/terms and deposits etc. do you do all males or all females together - I'm assuming this depends on the state you're in?

Now it has CA code that protects them from jurisdictions that could advocate for their removal which would result in less safe units being available.It is an interesting dilemma especially if after the initial law they pass a subsequent law extending the dates.

all of the units were updated except one, which I did put alittle money into to bring it update to date with the others, so that would have helped the value a bit I would think almost a year later.
