Not much in our experience/opinion.You mentioned that the seller has Class B and C properties.

I’ve found that C to B-class neighborhoods tend to perform best for Section 8 rentals.

If we stay with our high-paying jobs, we can carry the properties, but we(spouse and I) are too afraid to invest in Class B or C neighborhoods.
