On the roofing alone you gave zero specs. 1 layer, 2 layers, 3 or more layers are you doing a recover or a replacement, how old of a place does it have current decking or cedar shake, how much wood needs to be replaced is this just roof or you doing gutters/downspouts as well if so how about facia and soffit work, how many squares is it?
