Can someone have one set of sole proprietorship activites ongoing for a few years, then undertake different sole proprietorship activities with a different 1099 and continue using the same solo401k?

@Justin Tahilramani this seems like quite an undertaking and an interesting one that we don't read about often on BP (at least not that I have come across).

My guess is that the OP works at property management full time or close to it and feels that she is undertaking expenses that she can't write off on her Schedule E.  

Buying a NPN just to take the current lender's position, and begin "working " the note, is a very time consuming, often costly undertaking.  

Good with architectural/graphic design and interior design.

Always nice to see what other people are doing/not doing.As for pitch decks / summary create an outline that you like and outsource the graphics to a freelancer to create you a standard template.

I know this is a massive undertaking and I have a ton of work in front of me.  

I know this is a great undertaking for someone starting out, but I believe in the purpose and there is a definite NEED.
