The TRILLION-dollar question is when will that spread drop and give us rate relief?

It's our slow season right now which is a nice relief from the madness that tourists bring the rest of the year.

About a year ago we were still operating in a post Irma/Maria environment with obscene rents to FEMA workers and other relief workers. 

A pressure relief valve is installed and over the first few days the air is released, but remains within a functional range.

My sister's been a champ about dealing with all the paperwork, etc, and this info will be a big relief to her.

Your could also find yourself a real estate agent/broker who is well connected to the community and understands investors - if s/he knows you are a capable and serious buyer, they will be able to funnel things past you before they go to market (though, in a hot market will provide little relief).

It turns out I has one of my exterior estimates off so you are correct, that was a relief to find out.

But here's what I don't understand:  You have disposable income to buy real estate, yet are claiming relief from creditors.
