There were 6 welding trucks in one area of the campsite , all out of state tags , the guy across from me was from North Carolina.

I would say that longevity is important and temperature homogeneity.

Most tenants see me in work clothes which means they're covered with paint and caulk stains, probably have some red Georgia clay on them and probably a few burn holes in the ratty tee shirts from welding.

I agree with Jon, there are certain codes that one must follow when installing one of those, a licensed plumber is recommended but I've watched them replace mine and it didn't look like a big deal, if you can cut and weld pipes, it's pretty straightforward.

Once the temperatures drop below about 40 degrees, you won't be in a good shape to paint the exterior. 

I have a Sun Oven that sells for under $300 that will use the sunshine, no matter the outside temperature or weather as long as the sun is shining.
