If something went to litigation, you wouldn't want to give any idea whatsoever of the tenant having any type of equitable interest in the home.

You're probably overqualified for this position, given that you're asking on a site that is all about investing in real estate, however it's experience nonetheless and what better way to cut your teeth in real estate than to manage a mobile home park?

Maryland's Protection of Homeowners in Foreclosure Act has strong teeth, tough penalties and written so vaguely it is easy to interpret as a judge sees fit.
