I realized, saving to purchase one, house hack and then repeat wasn't allowing me to scale like I have heard and seen on BP forums/podcast.

Arranging financing, forecasting cash flow (it's not "rent minus the mortgage"), managing contractors, managing tenants, managing property managers, dealing with permits and city inspectors - it's a lot more than the average person realizes.

Are you ok spending $5-$10k to foreclose, realize the borrowers trashed the place and it needs $50k in repairs, and oh maybe they file BK 3x and it takes 5 years for this to go through.

We did not go to some overpriced guru investment seminar or fad book to learn about this but we do realize there is a solid potential for increasing monthly cashflow without great risk in these types of investments done correctly.    

Its value could be valued much higher than you realize.

This is why people that keep preaching house hacking need to realize that it does not work like the yesteryears.
