I’ve always had a curiosity about real estate but it wasn’t until this year, or rather this month, that I really truly considered making a full career shift toward it. 

Hi Hannah,I started my real estate course this summer, passed my test and am just beginning my realtor career here in WI.  

Every one of them has a college degree and most of them have already completed another career, raised their kids, etc.

Which state may be suitable to invest the LOC?

I was either their contractor (in my former career), I was their agent, or I brought value to them in some way.

We had a friend who was well into retirement years, their early 80s, and he and his wife still had about 20 units - it was their 'retirement thing' when they both retired early from their professional careers.

Planning to make it my second career.

While I'm only about 2 years into my RE investing career, I've already been through a couple of paid events (only SFR flipping, not commercial multi-family yet) which certainly propelled my career forward but also included a whole lot of sitting through a bunch of 'Get Rich Quick' sales pitches to buy even more educational products.

Sell or purchase with contingencies that require the buyer/seller to cooperate with your search for a suitable replacement or to wait for your sales before scheduling closing.   

I'm in my mid-20s and recently had a career dilemma.
