Once you've done a little educating through a $10 book and some free podcasts (the good ones), the main driver of your success is consistent daily action.

FF is revamping their website (among MANY other changes), especially after the new CEO came on board a year ago.I have noticed that MTR operators utilize the platforms very differently from one another and most do not know how to take advantage or optimize for better performance.

It's understandable that you want to see your property's performance.

Our Pro Group members have had some incredible success stories.

At the same time, I would reach out to that STR owner to try to get him to fix the nuisance issue.That said, even if you are successful in staving off the issue for now, it could come back at any time based on the current board members or on wide community support for getting rid of STRs.You could try to gather support for changing the covenants in your favor, but my gut is that that will be hard to do.
