Hello AllNeed some help from you folksWe completed our first rehab property and listed it on the market. we got a serious buyer too, now in due diligence period...........We lately found out a vent not working, the unit is 10 years old and no problem with it and sent an A/C technician to find out 2 duct pipes for HVAC are NOT as per the code and furnace panel is not intact.

Hoping someone has a contractor in the area that can replace a single pane of glass.Second - Looking if anyone has any general contractors and/or handymen that they use in the allentown area that I would be able to contact to start building my network .Thanks all!

@Christopher Price without seeing how the panel is wired, I think it is a little more involved than just installing an additional meter.

While a general investor might just tear out the drafty/single-pane windows, a historic buyer is going to be majorly charmed by old windows with rehung weights.

The tech sector is also showing signs of strain and has really been the rocket fuel for San Francisco in recent years.  

When trying to replace one of these, I broke a window and had to buy a new dual-pane unit.The screens protect at least some of the windows from this hail damage, which is not practical to repair.
