Instead of complaining about the lack of funds, get a second job, educate yourself for a better-paying job, ask your boss for a raise, find side hustles, sell your car, etc.People that find success are people that do things different than the majority of society.

LOLSeems like this guy is an angry man who doesn't think any of the rules of partaking in a civilized society apply to him.

Unfortunately in our throw away society most things fall into this category.

However, we have decided as a society that it is worthwhile to maintain fire departments because the downside of something going wrong, (as rare as it is), is bad enough that it's worth the additional expense.

The net result is a highly legalistic society with a high cost of doing business.

Most people visiting PV look to be close to popular amenities such as restaurants, shopping, beach, etc… so getting familiar with the different areas in the bay is very recommended.Some people investing in Puerto Vallarta shy away from becoming a part of the productive circle in Mexican society and do not pay taxes.

Now having said that, your degree should be in something useful to society like STEM degrees.
