It is a completely different thing to have a callous and arrogant attitude towards things you don't understand, completely trivialize the significance and prevalence of rape and sexual assault in our society and the potentially imbalanced power dynamic between men and women in this type of situation, especially for someone just starting out ( and is very petite and practically looks like a child), and to imply that any assault you have experienced in life is your own fault.

I've been doing some research online and reading over every relevant thread on this forum regarding having a holding company and operating company system in place for asset protection.I already have my operating company that's an LLC in which I am the only member.I would really appreciate it if you guys could clear somethings up for me since there's a lot of conflicting info on this and I want to make sure I can set it up properly:1) When I create my holding company LLC, should I add multiple members (ie. myself and a family member) for any enhanced asset protection?

The registry includes everything from the example above to rape/homicide (if sexual involvement) and everything in between.2) The tenant is the mother not the son.3) Depending on 1, and if no criminal record otherwise, I don't see an issue long as rent is paid on time.Of course if your property is certain distances from schools and other places he can't live there anyway.
