Hello @Jamie Stone,Turnkey is simply a purchasing method and does not reduce the time or effort required to select a location, tenant segment, or conforming property characteristics.

Land is not cheap in the DMV, BUT new home builders are definitely the strongest segment right now because we are so pinched for supply of homes and only builders can really produce new supply. 

Based on this, you can create a list of the segment’s housing requirements.

I previously had a subscription to AirDNA but found their subscription model based on small market segments didn't really work for my STR search (unless I wanted to add each market which substantially increased the price).

It is the hot segment right now but more and more young people are going to pay off their student debt and look to purchase a home.  

All industries, all up line,  and down line segments are affected. 

Essentially the whole company pays when one segment of our business is hit hard because of the diverse global nature of my company.
