Their are several online rent collection companies that don't have ERentPayment's now-tarnished resume, and the rental business is dangerous enough.

It's not as robust as Sacramento's is.Now... that's not to say we're going to have a repeat of the complete nuclear meltdown we had in the late 2000's.

My father in law is a nuclear engineer and he is very adamant that in order for radon to be harmful, it has to be almost direct contact with a much larger level than 4 picocuries.

Get a CPA (not plain acct or bookkeeper) that has a resume and does/knows:1) Investment property2) Tax treatment of sameOn 2) that changes all the time and book-keeper types just don't keep up.

I just think with yesterday's upset, nothing is going to happen or get passed and that will linger on his resume for many many years.
