I'm spending 1700 renting now... at least if I buy a condo, I'll be paying down my mortgage and everything else for free (almost, with only 200 coming out of my pocket), I'll live not more than an hour from work, and I'll be 30 min from my friends and social life.

Is there a way I can reach out to wholesalers, is there a platform, or is it primarily off-line socialization?

I'm also exempt for Social security ( meaning I don't pay into it anymore- so I will not collect much come retirement age).

How about we phrase it something like:"Healthy, green, environmentally equitable, socially just, cross-fit house for rent.

She states "there is a clause that can be in effect that helps with the potential nightmare this could be, however I have never reviewed one".I've read otherwise; where the tenant can be reported to their social worker which then makes them responsible for handling these repairs themselves.Can anyone point me in the right direction to get the correct verbage to make this the tenant's responsibility?
