The goal is to raise the rents in the spring of 2020 after we tackle the immediate repair lists from the property inspection, tenant requests, and provide value adds.

With the state's pension obligations being a real concern, the budget is probably the first real sign we will see on how the new administration is going to tackle things.

These are not the easiest properties to tackle!  

I say "May" because since each bank will lend it's own money differently there could be some that do care...but for the most part most will be ok with just using the income from the property itself and ignore the income from the tax returns.Now let's tackle "Which lender is best for me?"
