The PodioZen app package is not comprehensive like Investorfuse (although far more affordable), and is $100 more expensive than the Podio app package you recommended (given the current sale), but for $299 it's a quick and easy way to get a head start in regards to Podio implementation.

Depending on the scale at which you plan to implement the software, I do recommend for large 3rd party solutions, supplementing some of the current software short-comings such as inspections, and maintenance asset tracking.

These programs can be implemented by the owner or manager of the property and may involve a variety of strategies, such as installing energy-efficient appliances and lighting, sealing windows and doors to prevent drafts, and properly maintaining the property to reduce the need for repairs.

We are an experienced investor and have a value add business plan to implement in the first two years, but we need solid boots on the ground folks...
