Basically it can be the difference between someone selling a car and saying like new when all they did was a cheap paint job and put gloss on the tires versus replacing all the hoses, flushing the system, new transmission and engine.

Lost a house to foreclosure in 2009 was going to rent current hose living in know form sister-law .

Are hosing providers supposed to start painting the houses and garages of neighbors if that happens at OUR expense just so we can pass a lead test that they don't need to worry about because they are homeowners?

And since its not in the original agreement, I'm probably hosed with trying to negotiate it through another means.

If we ever have a "drought" (not much of a drought, in Indiana), people just hook up their hose and old-fashioned sprinkler, or even just use the hose with a nozzle.This is standard midwest behavior.

I go up to get some water out of the hose and .................nothing  ( house is on a well ) .

The tenants left a hose on the yard, I saw this morning it's gone.

I've seen several investors get thoroughly hosed by this.
