I am finding about 10-15 vacant or abandoned properties daily but having a tough time getting accurate contact information.What websites, systems, subscriptions or tactics can I be using to find accurate contact info for the decision makers of these properties?

I’m about to try and negotitate with a lender on a wholesale deal where they are charging daily interest.
