With a owner/managerial background I have a passion for numbers, systems, etc, so I’m confident that will come sooner rather than later (fingers crossed lol).

And in the backyard they added an ADU to currently be used as the office/study/gym but they will be able to rent out as a STR in a few years when their oldest children go off to college.Again, this really works for for just about any number of bedrooms.

I am not opposed to investing in LA, however I am looking to make my way back east sooner than later so would like to invest there right now.

Truthfully, people spend months if not years trying to lean this very complicated business and lose money by not getting in sooner.

I actually started training with a friend last November during COVID and then at a gym later in June.

This will double some costs but if the backup lender can be ready sooner, just drop the original loan. i have done this with title companies which can also be a logjam. 

For now there are many lenders that look more at the asset than the borrower, allowing you to refinance sooner rather than later.

For context some of the people I know who are potential lenders/partners are significantly older than I am and may not want to stay "in the game" as long as I do and will want to get the return on their investment sooner than me.Looking forward to everyone's feedback.Thanks!
