(Think Elon Musk...I think he takes no salary, but gets giant stock awards....big assets-no income) Not a lot out there that will probably do something like this, but there are some lenders that will do non-traditional loans like this.

It is a giant liability.

They are looking for "multiple streams of income", and just one of those giant streams of income is YOU!

Besides the normal stuff that you see in some Airbnbs (hot tub, pool, giant jenga games, etc).

I like cash flow because It will allow me to live my life while I'm still young and not have to wait for a giant check in 10 years. 

You will want to work with a civil engineer and a geotechnical engineer to 1). ensure that a proper site plan is developed and approved by the planning/zoning commission, and 2). there are no geotechnical barriers to you development plan (such as giant rocks that require blasting for removal, ect.)

I would never send money to a personal account, this is a giant red flag.

With that being said, In the past decade and especially in the last few years Scranton has seen a giant revitalization of it's downtown, with old beautiful buildings that sat vacant being turned into luxury condos and apartment buildings, shopping, and commercial space.

According to the scale that was in place in October, those teeny tiny drops in October (today's scale) were also giant drops at the time.
