Now for the next move/challenge:I want to start looking for my next house hack but heard from the broker I had originally used that they cannot use my ADU rental income for DSCR. 

I don't believe DSCR would be the right way for you to go on this until you've exhausted all of your conventional options (and I'm a DSCR broker/lender).  

I wouldn't be comfortable telling them they can qualify with this uncertainty.I would tell them they need to speak with a broker to determine their eligibility for future loans.

I've only ever sued one person & their broker (for intentionally & maliciously defrauding me & my investors during a transaction that took place in 2018). 

Yes, I am from the DR, my cousin is a broker, develops property in that area, we have properties in DR and are looking for properties to purchase in the areas where my family is from. 

Done through a very good Broker or CSF  or MLO is one of the absolute safest place for the 50k to 100k investor Full stop .. 

I don't think a VA construction-to-perm wholesale lender has ever even hit me up for brokered business.

I’ve brokered one deal for a client with COGO and I close on another deal in three days.

As has been previously mentioned, there are a set of rules and ethics for agents and brokers that should always be maintained if you want to be respected by your team, and as a professional in the investing world.
