@Traver Freeman  YOu would not qualify for most current PPM type deals you must be accredited. but you can buy stock in a REIT.. or find a HML who brokers individual loans. or in CA. a broker that does fractionalized lending those you would qualify for .The big game changer in my mind will come when Crowd funding is open to all.

This is the path that I have favored, although I no longer accept investors to participate except in rare occasions.Some people who want to participate in notes buy whole loans from either hard money lenders or fractional interests in hard money loans.
