Has anyone else noticed the increasing number of people on Bigger Pockets requesting financing, especially to tap into the equity of their current portfolio?

Is there anything else I should ask for? 

Being that this business is all about track record, using somebody else's track record allows you to get a track record before you have your own. 

However 2 things to note: 1) DSCR loans for future investment property acquisitions do not care about your DTI (DTI only really matters when buying a new primary or any time you are using a Fannie/Freddie/Ginnie loan).  2) After 12 months of proof of someone else paying it for you, you may be able to omit it from your DTI calculation.

Anyone else facing similar issue in South loop. seriously considering getting section 8 inspection scheduled. any pointers, suggestions.

I was excited when i first saw the properties and have been waiting in the wings ever since hoping it wouldn’t go through as I can’t find anything else quite like it and the aim is I will be living in 1 and house hacking.
