So I have an llc and business account set up for that llc, but I just bought a duplex with an fha loan which isn't in the llc because I couldn't get fha approved for the llc.

If that's too uncomfortable for you, you can still always go the duplex route!

I’m looking at buying a condo for STR (yes this is allowed at the building).

The property was finally sold to a developer who built a 3-story structure housing 6 condos that sold for half a million each.Getting variances is quite time consuming in our area and I attended quite a few community board meetings which one has to attend before going to a zoning board meeting.

Mostly duplexes, however we just finished an 11 unit build and have approved plans for a similar 7 unit project coming up.

We financed the deal using cash we had from the sale of my husbands condo.
