We were actually planning on doing just that, but by the end of the seminar we had decided against it.Wouldn't be an effective use of our time to "De-program" an attendee & teach them the real way it works.

You could acquire via tenants-in-common, Delaware Statutory Trust (DST), Land Trust, etc.

On an etymological note, I presume "Lesion Beyond Moiety" is an anglicisme for Lésion {en plus} de moietié ... literally: a "wound" greater than half.

I think it would be hard for a Tsunami to funnel up the straight of San Juan De fuca and then spread out again I could be wrong.. and the same thing about coming 65 miles up the Columbia river I think it could peter out over that distance..
