@Kyle Murphy, Hello, the reality from the bottom of the well, is that you can get a JOB and save some money and then start to buy rentals, but, at some point you run out of down payment money and have to learn how to Creatively Finance to buy more rentals in order to make it a Business, you have to have more than just one or follow the rotating Sale of your Residence Plan that I have outlined.
